Despite 4 interrupted classes, the XXXIII CE course had the 2nd highest retention rate (78%) of any CE course

 

 

 


Dr. Ruth Herrera, Director de Red de Consumidores Nicaragua, spoke at the final CE class about
utility monopoly abuses and the laws that can be used to retain or collect their public rent value.
